Reclaiming the Love at the Centre of Our Being
Residential Workshop
Hazel Hill Wood, Wiltshire

This residential workshop is suitable for single people or couples who wish to enhance their ability to connect deeply with the Source of Consciousness in themselves, and bring this quality of connectedness into their relationships.

The workshop will focus on awakening sensitivity to the subtle flows of consciousness within the body and energy field, and include exploration and healing of relationship conditioning such as neediness, fear of intimacy, longing, and emotional shielding.

We will use a blend of healing techniques proven to catalyze deep emotional and spiritual transformation, including EFT, energy healing meditation, gentle breath-work, and reverie and imagery processes.

The workshop will be facilitated by international teachers Helen White Wolf and Polaris, who together offer more than thirty years combined experience in energy healing, spiritual therapy and inner journey work.
