Training in Healing Ministry

The first intake of The Way of the Heart Healing Ministry Program is scheduled for June 2010. 

Our intention is to provide ministers and practitioners working within the New Thought Movement with the opportunity to extend their knowledge of group energy healing, consciousness practices and meditation, focusing on how these profound catalysts for awakening can be integrated and applied within the context of congregational and community work.

This dynamic program will offer a synthesis of wisdom and direct experience, answering the fundamental questions:

How do we go beyond praying to become a living prayer?

How do we move through the stage of devotional duality and enter union with the Christ Consciousness within?

What is the central task of the New Thought Movement 
as we approach the gateway into the next phase of human spiritual evolution?


Program Outline

The Healing Ministry Program is a nine month process that requires a commitment to regular spiritual practice, study, reflection, mentoring and practical service in a ministerial context.

The program begins with a four-day intensive, during which we explore the original spiritual purpose of the New Thought movement, as initiated by the Masters Jeshua and the Count of St Germaine, and connect to the profound vision of  'church' both as sanctuary and as a vessel for mass illumination and awakening.

We will explore ways in which the healing energy of the divine feminine (known also as the Holy Spirit) can bless and transform within a  group context, and the manner in which this healing prepares us for union with the  Christ Consciousness.

During the intensive we will engage in healing at an individual, group and planetary level, and explore the principle of Resonance: the potential for illuminated congregations to become a group prayer for the whole of humanity. 

Following the intensive, participants are supported in their ongoing process via monthly conference calls and individual mentoring sessions (by phone or in-person, depending upon location).   The program concludes with a two-day workshop which focuses upon integrating the understanding and experience gained through the nine month process.

The program includes meditation upon the text The Art of Spiritual Peacemaking, written by Jeshua in collaboration with James Twyman, and healing practices using the Emissary Wheel.

Fee:  $900 (sliding scale available).
An initial deposit of $150 is requested, with the balance payable in 8 monthly instalments.  Fees do not include accommodation, transport, and required readings.
