Awakening Your Inner Light
An Introduction to Soul Centered Healing
This one-day experiential workshop offers an introduction to the background research, philosophy and practice of
Soul Centered Healing. It offers an opportunity to learn about the core anatomy and dynamics of the human energy field, and the healing and awakening process.
Theoretical work is balanced with meditation and energy processes throughout the day, offering participants a tangible experience of this profoundly transformative system of healing.
Healing Relationship Cords
The relationship healing workshop is held over two days, and focuses on the transformation of emotions, beliefs and inherited patterns of relating within our relationship cords.
During the workshop participants explore the energy cords that link them to significant people in their lives, and utilise healing processes combining reverie, EFT, and energy work, to bring about quantum relational shifts within the chakras and the cords themselves.
Themes explored include: the parent/child foundations of relating, cord development, and healing work on key relationships specific to each participant.
Deepening Spiritual Intimacy
During this two day experiential workshop we focus on increasing the foundation of trust and intimacy in couple relationships. Beginning with meditations and healing processes that increase internal communion with soul and source consciousness, we then bring this experience of essence to our connection with our 'beloved' in the couple relationship. We will explore what it means to be in a state of compassion and transparency with oneself and one's partner, and to step beyond the boundaries of the conceptualised and defended self, into an experience of deep spiritual communion.

This in-depth, two hour seminar, explores the imminent and fundamental shift in perception that will forever change our relationship to matter, space and time.
Our energy fields are now opening to receive consciousness in a way that has never before been experienced on a collective scale. The magnitude of this process in our human and planetary evolution is unparalleled, and its effects upon us will stretch us far beyond the limits of our imagination.
Through a blend of insight, information and living experience we will engage with the anatomy and dynamics of the shift, and explore its implications for the human psyche.

The Nature of the ‘Big Shift’
What is being initiated on the pre-atomic levels of our body and energy field, and how does this affect us?

What happens as our perception of linear time dissolves, and we merge with the dimension of soul time?

What will happen to our sense of identity and our relationships with others, as we begin to experience expanded states of consciousness on a daily basis?
‘Being Here, Now’
What is the deep significance of being fully present in each moment, and what does it initiate in us at a bio-energetic level.
What has love got to do with it?
Why are the qualities of compassion, mercy, and
forgiveness such integral elements of the shift?

The Ark of Consciousness
This two hour seminar explores the material in Helen White Wolf's recent book The Ark of Consciousness. What is the nature of the quantum shift of awareness humanity is now preparing for? How will this shift affect our current sense of identity, our lifestyles and our relationships?
Helen will share about her experiences with the Overlighting Angel of the Earth, discussing the ways in which we can navigate gracefully through this period of transition, and assist with the collective awakening of human consciousness.
Plenty of time is allocated for the answering of questions during the second half of the seminar.
